JMH Capital Partners Acquires GWA Auto Parts

JMH Capital Partners has acquired GWA Auto Parts, an importer, distributor, and online retailer of private‑label automotive aftermarket parts (selling under the AA Ignition brand). GWA founder Gregg Alper remains a shareholder and will continue as the company's President; JMH said it will support accelerated organic and acquisitive catalog growth and further development of GWA's e-commerce capabilities across North America.

The deal, completed in August 2024, was an add-on acquisition to strengthen BBB's electronics and aftermarket product offering; terms were not disclosed. Atlantic Street Capital sold All Star after partnering with the company since 2019.
