PPG Acquires Ennis-Flint from Olympus Partners

PPG has agreed to acquire Ennis-Flint, a global leader in pavement markings and traffic safety solutions, from Olympus Partners. Under Olympus' ownership since June 2016, Ennis-Flint completed six acquisitions, expanded manufacturing capacity across North America, Europe and Australia, and employs nearly 1,000 people.

(PPGI) and Kansas City-based Vance Brothers, LLC to create Pavement Preservation Group (PPG), a new national platform focused on pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance. Darin Matson, a long-time pavement sector executive and former CEO of Rogers Group, was named CEO to lead the platform as Sterling pursues a buy-and-build expansion across the central and southwestern United States.
