Deel Acquires Assemble

Deel Acquires PayGroup Limited

Deel completed its AU$121 million acquisition of APAC-based payroll and HCM provider PayGroup Limited, which has been delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange. The deal expands Deel’s payroll and HCM capabilities and APAC footprint—PayGroup processes roughly AU$12 billion in payroll annually for over 3,000 businesses and was targeting AU$39 million ARR while being EBITDA positive.

HR Path Acquires Blueprint HR Software from Blueprint Technologies

HR Path has acquired Blueprint HR Software, the HR technology subsidiary of India-based Blueprint Technologies, in a divestiture that expands HR Path’s presence and capabilities across India, the Middle East and APAC. The deal adds expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur and UKG to HR Path’s HRIS offerings while Blueprint Technologies will continue to operate independently and focus on its core ERP services.

Right Networks Acquires Rootworks

Deel Acquires Zavvy
