Deel has acquired UK-based Hofy, a device lifecycle management and global IT services provider, in a deal reported to be slightly over $100 million. The acquisition integrates Hofy's ~120 employees into Deel and enables Deel to launch 'Deel IT'—bringing end-to-end global device supply, provisioning and lifecycle management in-house to expand its HR and payroll platform capabilities.

(DCM) has acquired 100% of the shares of Zavy Limited, a New Zealand–based SaaS provider of social media analytics and social listening, in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition expands DCM’s martech capabilities and provides Zavy with access to DCM’s large North American client base to accelerate growth in that market.

Deel Acquires HR Software Company Roots
