NewLeaf Brands to Acquire Mindleap Health Inc.

NewLeaf Brands Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of Mindleap Health Inc. via a share exchange, with consideration of CAD $3.5 million in NewLeaf common shares plus additional cash investments. Mindleap is a digital mental-health and telehealth platform focused on mood, emotion and habit tracking and psychedelic aftercare, and the deal is intended to accelerate Mindleap’s time-to-market and expand NewLeaf’s digital health capabilities.

Columbia Care Acquires Green Leaf Medical

Columbia Care Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Green Leaf Medical, LLC for approximately $240 million ( $45 million cash and $195 million in Columbia Care common shares). The acquisition expands Columbia Care's cultivation, manufacturing, retail and wholesale footprint across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia, and is expected to be immediately accretive to margins and EBITDA pending regulatory approvals.

Acme United Acquires My Medic (SLED Distribution, LLC)

Acme United Corporation has acquired the assets of SLED Distribution, LLC, which does business as My Medic, for $18.7 million. My Medic, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based direct-to-consumer supplier of tactical, trauma, and emergency response products with roughly $19 million in 2025 revenue and about 40 employees, will continue operating in Utah as Acme expands its product offerings and distribution in the U.S. and Canada.

Individual Buyer Acquires NewLeaf Health LLC

Aurora Cannabis Acquires Remaining Stake in MedReleaf Australia (Indica Industries)

Aurora Cannabis, through a wholly owned subsidiary, acquired the remaining ~90% equity interest in Indica Industries Pty Ltd (doing business as MedReleaf Australia) at an enterprise value of AUD$50 million. Consideration included AUD$9.45 million in cash and approximately 69.5 million Aurora common shares; MedReleaf Australia generated roughly AUD$40 million of trailing 12-month net revenue and holds the #2 position in the Australian medical cannabis market.
