PC Capital Development Fund II completed a growth investment in ISLIM Telco, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Netwey), a Mexican ISP that provides prepaid, low-cost internet plans to low-income households. The investment will fund Netwey's expansion and the build-out of its own telecommunications infrastructure (including FTTH) to accelerate deployment into underserved communities.
