Leste Group Acquires Minority Stake in Billor

Leste Group has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Billor, a vertically integrated freight and fintech platform for U.S. truck drivers, and put in place a $335 million credit facility to accelerate the company's growth. The investment will fund fleet expansion (Billor aims to exceed 800 trucks by end of 2025) and enhance the firm's technology and fintech capabilities, including its AI-powered Billor CoPilot.

Wint generates over SEK 140 million in ARR, serves ~4,500 customers, employs about 100 people, and Norvestor will become the company's largest shareholder following the transaction (expected to close Q4 2024).
