Brightstar Capital Partners formed InfraServ US, LLC and, in partnership with Gateway Bobcat's founder and management, acquired Gateway Bobcat, a St. Louis-based Bobcat and Doosan equipment dealer with parts, service and rental operations across multiple Midwest and Southern states. The transaction establishes InfraServ US as an industrial equipment dealership and services platform to consolidate a fragmented industry and drive growth.

InfraServ US (Gateway Bobcat) Acquires Acme Operations

InfraServ US, through its subsidiary Gateway Bobcat, completed the acquisition of Acme Operations, a Greenville, South Carolina–based Bobcat dealership group. The deal expands Gateway Bobcat’s footprint into the Southeastern United States, bringing the combined company to 17 locations across eight states; terms were not disclosed.

Tuckahoe Holdings Acquires Gateway Dealer Network from Brightstar Capital Partners

Tuckahoe Holdings, a family-run diversified holding company based in Richmond, Virginia, has acquired Gateway Dealer Network (GDN), a Bobcat equipment dealership network headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, from Brightstar Capital Partners. GDN operates 31 locations across 10 U.S. states providing new and used equipment sales, parts & service, and rentals; the management team led by CEO John Hopper will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.

Bobcat, headquartered in Waco, Texas, will continue providing turnkey substation site work and above-ground electrical construction across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana as Cotton Creek scales the business.
