TA Associates has made a significant growth investment in Edmunds GovTech (EGT), a Northfield, New Jersey–based provider of ERP software for local governments; LLR Partners will remain an investor. The capital will support product innovation, accelerate project timelines and geographic expansion to serve EGT's more than 2,100 municipal customers across 20+ states. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Huron Capital portfolio company The Exigent Group acquired Smith-Boughan Mechanical and Electrical Automation Systems (EASI) in two separate add-on transactions. The deals mark the sixth and seventh add-ons to the Exigent platform since its August 2022 launch and expand the platform's geographic footprint and integrated HVAC, plumbing, and controls capabilities across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.

BS&A Software Acquires Boyce Systems
