Hub International Limited announced a definitive agreement for an approximately $1.6 billion minority common equity investment led by funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Alpha Wave Global, and Temasek, valuing HUB at $29 billion. The investment provides primary capital to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, debt repayment and other corporate purposes while Hellman & Friedman retains control and management remains a significant shareholder.
