The deal expands ISH's HR software portfolio (joining Jobtoolz, Homerun and Hirehive), pushes ISH's customer count to over 2,200, and will see Staff Squared CEO Bob Neveu step away.

Belgian recruitment platform Jobtoolz, part of ISH, has acquired Hirehive, an Ireland-based SaaS applicant tracking system (ATS). The deal expands Jobtoolz/ISH's geographic ATS footprint and brings Hirehive's ~350+ customers across the UK, Ireland and the US into the ISH portfolio.
