Oxford-based software holding company ISH has acquired Staff Squared, a UK-based core HR SaaS platform serving small and growing businesses. The deal expands ISH's HR software portfolio (joining Jobtoolz, Homerun and Hirehive), pushes ISH's customer count to over 2,200, and will see Staff Squared CEO Bob Neveu step away.

AccountsIQ Acquires ExpenseIn

ExpenseIn will continue trading under its existing name and the deal expands AccountsIQ's finance product suite—adding expense, spend card management and embedded payments—and results in a combined user base of over 175,000 users.

Spendesk Acquires Okko

Spendesk has acquired Paris-based procurement SaaS startup Okko and will integrate Okko’s procurement technology into its spend management platform. The deal makes Spendesk the first European provider to offer an integrated intake-to-procure-to-pay solution for mid-sized businesses, expanding its capabilities and product scope.
