The deal brings Evoko’s room booking hardware and workplace scheduling software into Biamp’s portfolio to expand its collaboration and workspace management capabilities.

Ekinops has completed the acquisition of 100% of Olfeo's share capital through its holding company Oscar SAS, buying the cybersecurity software provider from its founding shareholders, financial investors and employee shareholders. The deal brings Olfeo's SSE/SASE web security capabilities (SaaS and on-premises) into Ekinops, adding ~60 employees, €6.3m ARR (2024) and over 500 customers to accelerate Ekinops' push to become a leading European network cybersecurity (SASE) player.
