Spendesk has acquired Paris-based procurement SaaS startup Okko and will integrate Okko’s procurement technology into its spend management platform. The deal makes Spendesk the first European provider to offer an integrated intake-to-procure-to-pay solution for mid-sized businesses, expanding its capabilities and product scope.

Syspro Acquires Evocon

The acquisition strengthens ToolsGroup’s dynamic planning and price-optimization capabilities and is supported by ToolsGroup’s private-equity backer Accel‑KKR.

ACCO Brands Acquires EPOS

Oakley Capital Acquires Spanish ERP Provider Ekon from Unit4 Iberia

Oakley Capital has agreed to acquire Ekon, a Spanish provider of ERP and business software, in a carve-out from the Iberian operations of Unit4. The deal — Oakley's first investment in Spain — gives the firm a platform to accelerate Ekon's cloud ERP growth; Ekon serves over 1,000 SMEs and generates approximately €20m in revenue.

BlueGrace Logistics Acquires Evos Smart Tools
