ToolsGroup has acquired Evo, an AI/ML provider of pricing and inventory prescriptive analytics, to integrate Evo's responsive AI, quantum learning, and advanced prescriptive capabilities into ToolsGroup’s SO99+ and JustEnough supply chain and price optimization suites. The acquisition strengthens ToolsGroup’s dynamic planning and price-optimization capabilities and is supported by ToolsGroup’s private-equity backer Accel‑KKR.

E Tech Group Acquires E-Volve Systems

Advent International Acquires Majority Stake in SYSPRO

BCN Group Acquires Evo-soft

Manchester-based managed services specialist BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, to broaden its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and deliver core business application services to its mid-market customers. The deal follows ECI Partners’ earlier investment in BCN and is intended to enhance BCN’s solution portfolio with Evo-soft’s verticalised products (Evo-supply and Evo-Auction) and implementation/support expertise.

Volvo Construction Equipment Acquires Swecon (Including Entrack) for SEK 7 Billion

Volvo Construction Equipment has completed the acquisition of Swecon (including Entrack) for an enterprise value of SEK 7 billion after receiving European Commission approval. The deal brings Swecon’s retail, rental, aftermarket and service operations across Sweden, Germany and the Baltics — and roughly 1,400 employees — into Volvo CE to strengthen its retail and service capabilities in key Northern European markets.
