BlueGrace Logistics Acquires Evos Smart Tools

Tampa-based 3PL BlueGrace Logistics has acquired Evos Smart Tools, a Bend, Oregon–based SaaS optimization platform for shippers. BlueGrace plans to integrate Evos into its BlueShip platform for real-time route and load optimization while continuing to offer the Evos SaaS as a standalone product; financial terms were not disclosed.

Syspro Acquires Evocon

Syspro has completed the acquisition of Evocon, an Estonia-based provider of real-time production monitoring and OEE solutions, strengthening Syspro's shopfloor intelligence and production visibility capabilities. Evocon's team will remain post-close and its solution will be made available to Syspro customers worldwide; financial terms were not disclosed.

Valsoft Corporation Acquires Exeevo

BCN Group Acquires Evo-soft

Manchester-based managed services specialist BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, to broaden its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and deliver core business application services to its mid-market customers. The deal follows ECI Partners’ earlier investment in BCN and is intended to enhance BCN’s solution portfolio with Evo-soft’s verticalised products (Evo-supply and Evo-Auction) and implementation/support expertise.

FLEX Capital Acquires Evo IT GmbH

FLEX Capital has acquired Evo IT GmbH, a Vienna-headquartered custom software provider (brands Evolit and Evol.X) serving mobility, energy, public sector and industrial clients. Frankfurt-based investor VR Equitypartner, the majority shareholder since 2019, sold its stake while the founders remain partially invested and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as it pursues geographic expansion in Germany and capability growth (particularly AI).

Precision Edge Surgical Products Acquires Eva-Lution

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company has completed an asset acquisition of Angola, Indiana-based Eva-Lution to expand its orthopedic and medical instrument manufacturing capacity. The acquisition adds Eva-Lution's more than 60,000-square-foot facility and manufacturing equipment to Precision Edge's operations and is intended to accelerate implant manufacturing capabilities and better serve orthopedic OEM customers in Northeast Indiana.
