Blaize, a provider of full-stack AI-enabled edge computing solutions, entered into a definitive agreement to combine with BurTech Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Upon closing, Blaize will become a wholly owned subsidiary of BurTech and the combined company will be renamed Blaize Holdings, Inc. and expected to list on Nasdaq under a new ticker in the second quarter of 2024.
BYTE Acquisition Corp. completed a business combination with Airship AI, and the combined company began trading on Nasdaq under ticker AISP on December 22, 2023. The transaction valued Airship AI at a pre-money equity value of approximately $225 million and positions the company to accelerate growth—backed by a visible pipeline including $10.9 million in DHS contracts.

Voices, the global voice-over marketplace, has acquired Voices.ai and plans to launch a next-generation developer platform for voice applications that will include APIs, libraries, documentation and cloud infrastructure.
