Thomson Reuters has acquired Noetica, a New York–based AI-native platform that converts transaction deal data into structured market intelligence for deal professionals. The deal brings Noetica's analytics and AI talent into Thomson Reuters to integrate with its CoCounsel offering, enhancing benchmarking, term-search, and transaction-level analysis for legal and finance teams.

UiPath has acquired WorkFusion, a pioneer in AI agents for financial crime compliance, to expand its agentic automation platform and strengthen solutions for banking and financial services. The deal closed in UiPath's first quarter of fiscal 2027; terms were not disclosed.

Sauvegarder Investment Management (SIM IP) and AI-driven patent intelligence firm Garden Intel have closed a merger that values Garden Intel at $150 million. The combined company will operate under the SIM IP brand, integrating Garden's agentic AI infrastructure with SIM IP's IP monetization platform to scale patent-based investing and prepare for the public markets.

Zendesk has acquired Unleash, an AI-powered enterprise search platform, to strengthen its employee service and knowledge capabilities by adding generative AI search, permission-based retrieval, and deep channel integrations. BlackLine, the cloud-based platform for the Office of the CFO, has acquired New York-based WiseLayer, a maker of AI-powered agents for finance and accounting. The acquisition will embed WiseLayer's judgment-capable AI agents into BlackLine's Verity suite to automate complex accounting workflows such as accruals and payroll; terms were not disclosed.

ClickHouse, Inc. has acquired LibreChat, an open-source AI chat platform, bringing founder Danny Avila and his team into ClickHouse to build an open-source Agentic Data Stack. OfficeSpace Software has acquired Dojo AI, embedding Dojo's patented space-planning and workplace analytics AI into OfficeSpace's workplace management platform. Tavily, an AI search layer for agents, raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Insight Partners and Alpha Wave Global. The funding will be used to double headcount, expand go-to-market efforts, and further develop Tavily's real-time web search and extraction infrastructure for enterprise AI agents.

Datasite, the PE-backed global SaaS provider of AI-powered M&A workflow solutions, has acquired Blueflame AI, an agentic AI platform for investment and financial services. Blueflame will join Datasite's Intelligence Unit and continue to be led by co-founder Raj Bakhru, with terms not disclosed and ongoing investment supported by Datasite and its controlling shareholder CapVest Partners.

R/GA has acquired Addition, an AI system design and development studio founded in 2021, to bolster its AI-enabled creative capabilities. The deal — R/GA's first acquisition since becoming an independent, privately held company (in partnership with Truelink Capital) — is intended to expand the agency's AI talent, products, and services for enterprise clients.

Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: COEP) has completed the acquisition of the NexGenAI Affiliates Network platform from NexGenAI and launched a new division, Coeptis Technologies, to commercialize AI-driven marketing and RPA capabilities. Nordstjernan Growth led a $28.5 million Series B investment in Oden Technologies, a data and AI software provider for the manufacturing industry. TPG, through its Asia-focused private equity platform, is investing US$360 million in Fractal in a transaction that combines a primary capital injection and a secondary share purchase from funds advised by Apax. American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) has acquired AI and messaging start-up 30SecondsToFly to integrate its conversational, AI-powered self-service technology into GBT's mobile and messaging channels. The acquisition (closed October 8) will enhance GBT's traveler messaging and automated servicing capabilities while the 30SecondsToFly AI developers join GBT's technology team; terms were not disclosed.

Compass has acquired Detectica, a New York City–based artificial intelligence and machine learning company.
