Roth CH Acquisition Co. and Roth CH Holdings Inc. completed a business combination with SharonAI Inc., resulting in Roth CH Holdings domestically merging and renaming to SharonAI Holdings, Inc. SharonAI Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of SharonAI Holdings, and the combined company's common stock and warrants began trading on the OTC market under the tickers SHAZ and SHAZW. Seven2, a Pan‑European mid‑market private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in French AI software and consulting firm ILLUIN Technology, with CEO and co‑founder Robert Vesoul retaining a significant stake. d-Matrix raised $275 million in an oversubscribed Series C led by Bullhound Capital, Triatomic Capital and Temasek, valuing the company at about $2.0 billion. Workday, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Sana (Sana Labs), an AI company that builds enterprise knowledge, agent, and learning tools. You.com has acquired the Graft team and technology to accelerate its enterprise AI search infrastructure and API platform. Graft co-founders Adam Oliner and Eric Schkufza join You.com (Oliner as Field CTO, Schkufza as Senior Principal Engineer) as the team and platform are integrated to enhance high-accuracy search and LLM capabilities for enterprise customers.

Skan AI, the Menlo Park-based enterprise process intelligence provider, has acquired Metaculars to integrate agentic AI capabilities into its Observation-to-Agent platform. Metaculars' founders and engineering team will join Skan AI to accelerate in-app AI agents for workflow automation, onboarding, and real-time decision-making across regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare.

CUBE has acquired Kodex AI, a Berlin-headquartered startup that builds agentic AI for regulatory compliance and risk management. The deal adds Kodex AI's agent-based AI capabilities and Berlin-based team to CUBE's RegPlatformTM, expanding CUBE's AI capabilities and European footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Elastic has completed the acquisition of Jina AI, a developer of open-source multimodal and multilingual embeddings, rerankers, and small language models. The deal strengthens Elastic's capabilities in vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context engineering, and brings Jina's models and research into Elastic's Search AI Platform and Elastic Inference Service on Elastic Cloud.

Redis has acquired Featureform, a feature-store framework for managing and serving structured data for ML. The acquisition integrates Featureform into Redis’ feature store and vector search capabilities to provide real-time, versioned feature pipelines and improved observability for AI agents and production ML workflows.

DigitalNet.ai, formed by technology entrepreneur Dr. Ken Bajaj in partnership with Ulysses Management, launched as an enterprise AI solutions provider following the acquisitions of Harmonic AI, Zillion Technologies and Axis Group. OfficeSpace Software has acquired Dojo AI, embedding Dojo's patented space-planning and workplace analytics AI into OfficeSpace's workplace management platform. Aquifer Motion's team will join Rapport (remaining based in Austin, Texas) and CEO Chen Zhang will become Rapport's Chief Growth Officer as the companies integrate full-body animation and cinematic scene direction into Rapport's real-time avatar platform.

Harvey, a domain-specific AI provider for legal and professional services, has received a €50 million growth investment from EQT Growth to support rapid international expansion. The capital is part of an extended Series E round that follows a $300 million Series E led by Kleiner Perkins and Coatue earlier in 2025.

Uber, via its AI data services arm Uber AI Solutions, has acquired Segments.ai, a Belgium-based multi-sensor data labeling platform for lidar and autonomous systems.
