Harbinger Acquires Phantom AI and Licenses Computer Vision from ZF

Harbinger, an American medium-duty electric and hybrid vehicle manufacturer, acquired autonomous driving company Phantom AI. In parallel, Harbinger and ZF Group’s ADAS business unit agreed to license Phantom AI’s computer vision for ZF passenger-car ADAS products, while Harbinger plans to integrate the technology into its vehicles in 2026.
