KMS Technology, a U.S.-based digital engineering and AI services firm, has acquired Addepto, a fast-growing AI and data consulting company headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. The acquisition expands KMS's AI and data engineering capabilities and extends its direct presence in Europe while giving Addepto access to broader international markets and enterprise clients.
