Decidr AI Industries to Acquire Sugarwork

Decidr AI Industries Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Decidr US Inc, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Sugarwork, a US-based AI software platform that captures and activates operational knowledge inside businesses. The deal will integrate Sugarwork’s knowledge activation tools into DecidrOS onboarding while keeping Sugarwork available as a standalone product.
