Marlin Equity Partners completed a growth investment in Intelligent Locations, a Raleigh-based provider of AI-powered real-time location system (RTLS) software for healthcare organizations. The funding will support further development of Intelligent Locations' INTRAX platform; First Analysis also participated while founder Bogdan Nedelcu and HealthX Ventures will retain significant stakes.

Aspirion, a Columbus, Georgia-based technology-enabled healthcare revenue cycle management provider, has acquired Infinia ML, an AI and machine learning company focused on intelligent document processing. The acquisition makes Infinia ML Aspirion’s R&D engine to accelerate AI-driven automation and improve revenue cycle outcomes for healthcare provider clients.
