The deal is expected to combine Simulations Plus with Altaris portfolio company Chemical Computing Group (CCG) and is currently expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary approvals.

The Cary, North Carolina-based advisory team brings approximately $200 million in client assets and will continue serving clients under Osaic’s resources and acquisition-focused platform.

JoyBridge Kids acquired two large autism clinics formerly operated by A Bridge to Achievement in Charlotte and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Premier common stock stopped trading and will be delisted from Nasdaq as of November 25, 2025, with stockholders receiving $28.25 in cash per share.

Sealed Air Corporation entered into a definitive all-cash agreement to be acquired by funds affiliated with Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) at an enterprise value of $10.3 billion. After receiving required regulatory approvals, the acquisition was completed in April 2026, and Sealed Air became privately held with its shares ceasing to trade on the NYSE.
