LawnPRO Partners Acquires Green Image Lawn Care

LawnPRO Partners, a residential lawn care platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Green Image Lawn Care, a York and Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based provider of lawn care, fertilization, tree & shrub and pest control services. The transaction — LawnPRO's tenth acquisition — will keep founders Luke Zimmerman and Ryan Freed in leadership roles; terms were not disclosed.

Staple Street Capital Partners with Pleasant View Gardens and Four Star Greenhouse to Form Proven Winners

Agellus Capital Acquires HighGrove Partners

Agellus intends to build HighGrove into a market-leading commercial landscaping platform across the Southeastern United States and support geographic and operational expansion.

BrightView Acquires Green Image (GTI)

Verde Equity Partners Acquires Green‑Tech Landcare

San Diego-based private equity firm Verde Equity Partners has acquired Green-Tech Landcare, a commercial landscaping provider in Southern California. The deal is the third transaction in Verde's planned vertical roll-up strategy to consolidate owner-operated commercial landscape companies across the Western U.S.; Green-Tech's founder Tom Bjorstrom will remain to support integration.
