Arc, the B2B events, data and media platform backed by funds managed by EagleTree Capital, has acquired the events and media assets of HighQuest Group — including Global AgInvesting, Women in Agribusiness, Unconventional Ag and the Ag Club. The deal is Arc's first US-based acquisition and will expand its agriculture events and media footprint in North America; Canson Capital Partners served as financial adviser to Arc.

Heritage Capital Group served as Atlas's exclusive financial advisor; Mangrove said it will partner with Atlas president Mark Davis to professionalize operations and support the company's next phase of growth.

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has acquired Axis Europe Limited, a UK property maintenance services provider, from founder and owner John Hayes. Hayes will reinvest and join the board, and H.I.G. plans to combine Axis with its existing portfolio company CLC Group to create a leading national property maintenance specialist; financial terms were not disclosed.
