Century Park Capital Partners, joined by Plexus Capital and GMB Capital Partners, launched Green Summit Landscape Group and completed the platform's first acquisition of a regional, founder-led landscaping company. The sellers are retaining a meaningful ownership stake and will continue to lead the business as Green Summit pursues growth through cross-market expansion, technology enablement and a disciplined buy-and-build strategy.
