Amherst-based Great Lakes Grounds Management acquired the commercial landscape maintenance division of Elyria-based Evergreen Tree & Lawncare Inc., assuming commercial customer accounts, equipment and employees. The carved-out deal expands Great Lakes' service footprint in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties and is the company's third and largest acquisition since 2018.
