Bain Capital has acquired Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG), a Boca Raton–based developer and supplier of electronically controlled aircraft window shade systems. ATG will operate alongside Bain portfolio company Jamco under common ownership to build a global cabin interiors platform; the seller is noted as long-time owner Jacqueline Autry.

A&M Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in VTG

Torque Capital Group Acquires Cable Manufacturing & Assembly, Inc.

Torque Capital Group and its investor group have completed the purchase of Cable Manufacturing & Assembly, Inc. (CMA), a Bolivar, Ohio-based manufacturer of mechanical cables, controls and actuation assemblies serving automotive, marine and power-sports OEMs. Dan Pappano will remain CEO and Torque said it will provide operational resources to support CMA's organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions.

JMH Capital Partners Acquires GWA Auto Parts

Gamma Aerospace, a Mansfield, Texas-based manufacturer of multi-contoured formed and multi-axis machined aerospace components with three production facilities and over 200 employees, will be operated by TRM with a focus on operational improvement and stabilizing performance amid post-COVID supply and labor challenges.

Rocket Lab Acquires Advanced Solutions, Inc.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. completed the acquisition of Advanced Solutions, Inc. (ASI), a Colorado-based aerospace engineering firm specializing in flight software, mission simulation, and GNC, for $40 million plus up to $5.5 million of performance-based earnouts. The deal expands Rocket Lab's Space Systems capabilities and integrates ASI's proven flight software and GNC expertise into Rocket Lab's Photon and broader spacecraft offerings.
