Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has partnered with Sigma Companies International Corp., a Cream Ridge, New Jersey-based manufacturer and supplier of waterworks infrastructure products. Sigma's leadership will remain invested alongside Wind Point, which will support organic expansion and M&A to grow the business across North American water and wastewater end markets.

(BMSI), an architectural specialty building products distributor headquartered in Edina, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Cook & Boardman's Division 10 product offering and Midwest/Southwest footprint; terms were not disclosed.

The Bostwick-Braun Company Acquires Mill Supplies, Inc.

(MSI), a regional distributor of power tools, abrasives, MRO and safety products operating in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. The deal brings MSI into Bostwick-Braun’s industrial group to expand its Midwest footprint and serves as a succession plan for owners Andy and Karen Beckstein, who will remain in key management roles.

Envoy Solutions Acquires Sigma Supply of North America
