The Bostwick-Braun Company’s Industrial Business Division has acquired Mill Supplies, Inc. (MSI), a regional distributor of power tools, abrasives, MRO and safety products operating in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. The deal brings MSI into Bostwick-Braun’s industrial group to expand its Midwest footprint and serves as a succession plan for owners Andy and Karen Beckstein, who will remain in key management roles.

House-Hasson Hardware, a privately owned regional hardware distributor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, acquired the warehouses and inventory of Midwestern wholesale distributor Bostwick-Braun, adding two facilities (Indiana and Arkansas) and roughly 45,000 SKUs to its assortment. The asset purchase — finalized June 28, 2024 with terms private — transferred about 75 former Bostwick-Braun employees to House-Hasson and expands House-Hasson's geographic reach into new Northeastern and Southwestern states.
