(BMSI), an architectural specialty building products distributor headquartered in Edina, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Cook & Boardman's Division 10 product offering and Midwest/Southwest footprint; terms were not disclosed.

House-Hasson Hardware Acquires Bostwick-Braun Warehouses and Inventory

House-Hasson Hardware, a privately owned regional hardware distributor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, acquired the warehouses and inventory of Midwestern wholesale distributor Bostwick-Braun, adding two facilities (Indiana and Arkansas) and roughly 45,000 SKUs to its assortment. The asset purchase — finalized June 28, 2024 with terms private — transferred about 75 former Bostwick-Braun employees to House-Hasson and expands House-Hasson's geographic reach into new Northeastern and Southwestern states.
