QAD Inc. (QAD | Redzone) has reached an agreement to acquire Kavida Technologies Ltd (t/a Kavida.ai), a pioneer in agentic AI for industrial companies. The acquisition will expand QAD | Redzone’s Champion AI platform with procurement agents for strategic sourcing and ERP automation; closing is subject to UK regulatory approval.
