Nuvocargo Acquires Mentum to Accelerate AI Agent Roadmap

Nuvocargo has acquired Mentum, a Y Combinator–backed AI agents startup, to accelerate integration of agent-driven automation into NuvoOS. The Mentum team, including founder Gustavo Trigos, will join Nuvocargo's R&D organization to enhance AI capabilities across procurement, quoting, and supply‑chain workflows; terms were not disclosed.
