Research Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSSS) has acquired scite, a Brooklyn-based AI-powered research discovery platform known for its Smart Citations. The deal adds scite's ~21,000 active B2C subscribers and $3.6M of annualized subscription value to Research Solutions' product suite, enabling cross-sell opportunities across academic, corporate and government research customers.
