BCN Group Acquires Evo-soft

Manchester-based managed services specialist BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, to broaden its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and deliver core business application services to its mid-market customers. The deal follows ECI Partners’ earlier investment in BCN and is intended to enhance BCN’s solution portfolio with Evo-soft’s verticalised products (Evo-supply and Evo-Auction) and implementation/support expertise.

Frankfurt-based investor VR Equitypartner, the majority shareholder since 2019, sold its stake while the founders remain partially invested and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as it pursues geographic expansion in Germany and capability growth (particularly AI).
