BCN Group, the Beech Tree-backed managed IT and cloud specialist, has acquired Bradford-based Cloud2 to strengthen its Microsoft Power Platform, data analytics and process automation capabilities. The deal brings Cloud2's Microsoft Gold accreditation and public sector/healthcare expertise into BCN's offering, further expanding its analytics, PowerApps and PowerBI capabilities for NHS and other public sector clients across the UK.

ECI Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Croud

ECI Partners has taken a majority stake in Croud, the UK-headquartered global digital marketing agency, in a deal that marks LDC's exit after a five-year partnership. The investment will support Croud's continued organic growth and further acquisitions, enabling expansion of its media, data and technology capabilities while the business maintains operational independence.
