Croud Acquires Vert Digital

LDC-backed Croud has acquired Vert Digital, an Atlanta-based digital marketing and advertising agency founded in 2009 by Kevin Planovsky and Michael Lentz. The deal expands Croud's US footprint and combines Vert's paid media, creative, CRM and analytics capabilities with Croud's global Croudie network and integrated marketing platform.

Croud Acquires Born Social

Leonard Green & Partners will acquire a majority stake in ECI Software Solutions from funds advised by Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group; financial terms were not disclosed. Funds advised by Apax Partners will retain a minority stake. ECI is a Fort Worth, Texas–based provider of cloud-based ERP and vertical-market SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses, with ~1,700 employees and more than 22,000 customers.
