Hybrid, which serves higher education institutions and global technology brands and employs more than 70 people across offices in Bristol, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, will retain its management team while founder James Craven remains as a Board Director.

CTI, which employs around 175 people and reported c. £18m revenue in the last 12 months, will use the capital to expand services, pursue add-on acquisitions in the UK and overseas, and open new offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.
