The acquisition expands Synapse's safety-focused platform and aims to accelerate a national rollout of GovComm's field-proven WWVDS technology, which is approved by the Florida Department of Transportation.

Intrado Acquires Syn-Apps to Accelerate IoT and Mass Notification Capabilities
