Intrado Acquires Syn-Apps to Accelerate IoT and Mass Notification Capabilities

Intrado Corporation has acquired substantially all the assets of Syn-Apps LLC, a pioneer in IoT-enabled mass notification software, to accelerate its intelligent 911 and emergency notification initiatives. The acquisition brings Syn-Apps' Revolution platform and customer base into Intrado's Life & Safety and SchoolMessenger offerings, expanding situational awareness and inside-building IoT data access for public safety and education customers.
