The add-on expands SPATCO's petroleum and EV capabilities and Florida footprint, adding roughly 70 electricians and strengthening service offerings across the Southeast United States.

The acquisition strengthens SPATCO's EV infrastructure capabilities across the Southeast, pushes SPATCO above 1,000 employees, and will see Stanton's founder Jerry Stanton join SPATCO's executive leadership team.

Kian Capital-backed SPATCO Energy Solutions completed the acquisition of MSCS Ltd., a Dallas-based petroleum services company, expanding SPATCO's footprint into Texas and adding operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston. The transaction is an add-on to the SPATCO platform (its fifth acquisition since Kian's 2020 investment) and supports the platform's geographic expansion and service capability growth in petroleum and EV infrastructure services.
