KPM Analytics Acquires Smart Vision Works

KPM Analytics, a Union Park Capital portfolio company, has acquired Smart Vision Works, a specialist developer of AI-powered computer vision systems for the food and agriculture industries. The deal is an add-on to KPM’s vision inspection portfolio intended to expand its AI/edge vision capabilities for sorting and foreign material detection across food production end markets.

Union Park / KPM Analytics Acquires Sightline Process Control

KPM Analytics, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Sensortech Systems, Inc., an Oxnard, California-based manufacturer of near infrared (NIR) and radio frequency (RF) moisture measurement instruments. Sensortech will join KPM’s portfolio to expand its NIR technology offering and add RF capabilities; Sensortech’s CEO Colin Hanson and the existing management team will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.

SePRO Acquires Green Eyes Environmental Monitoring Solutions

SePRO Corporation, a portfolio company of Stanley Capital Partners with backing from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, has acquired Green Eyes Environmental Monitoring Solutions. The deal integrates Green Eyes' NuLAB automated nutrient-monitoring technology into SePRO's environmental services platform to expand real-time water quality diagnostics; financial terms were not disclosed and Green Eyes founder Vincent Kelly will remain with the business.

Keensight Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Axxam

Keensight Capital has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Axxam, an Italian innovative partner research organization (iPRO) headquartered in Milan, investing alongside Axxam's management. The sellers include current shareholders such as Bayer SpA and Zambon Company SpA; Axxam employs around 180 people and reported roughly €30 million of sales in 2021. Keensight intends to support the management team to accelerate growth and further develop Axxam's discovery capabilities.
