The acquisition expands ATSG’s national footprint and technical capabilities across datacenter, endpoint, network, and cybersecurity infrastructure, and bolsters its rediManage/rediTech/rediCloud/rediSecure offerings.

MSCI Acquires Trove Research

MSCI Inc. has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Trove Research, a specialist data, analysis and advisory firm focused on voluntary carbon markets. The acquisition will integrate Trove's carbon market data, models and platform into MSCI's climate and ESG offerings to expand its capabilities for corporates, institutional investors and other market participants; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close this quarter.
