Trading Technologies (TT) acquired London-based AxeTrading, a provider of fixed income trading solutions, to expand TT's multi-asset SaaS platform into corporate, government, municipal and emerging market bonds as well as OTC interest rate swaps. The deal broadens TT's offering across fixed income derivatives and U.S. Treasuries, integrating AxeTrading's pricing, quoting and execution capabilities into TT's global platform; terms were not disclosed.

TRAFiX Acquires Integrated Transaction Systems (ITS) in Canada

The investment will fuel Trading Technologies' organic growth, support its SaaS product roadmap and enable targeted strategic acquisitions while the company remains independent under new ownership.
