Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) completed the acquisition of Argos Health, a provider of complex claims revenue cycle services for hospitals, health systems and physician groups. WCAS said it will scale Argos organically and via acquisitions to build a specialized revenue integrity platform and drive greater automation and growth.
