Argos Health Acquires Caid Solutions

Argos Health, a Dallas-based revenue cycle outsourcing provider backed by NaviMed Capital, has acquired Caid Solutions of Glendale, Arizona. The acquisition adds out-of-state Medicaid provider enrollment, billing, and collections capabilities — services Caid provides for more than 140 hospitals — and will operate with Caid's existing operational team in place.

Mercer Global Advisors Acquires Argosy Wealth Management, Inc.

Mercer Global Advisors, a Denver-based RIA, has acquired Argosy Wealth Management, a Beverly Hills–area wealth management firm that serves roughly 300 households with about $330 million in AUM. Co-founders Michael Karon and Alex Kimura and seven staff members are joining Mercer as part of the deal, expanding Mercer’s Southern California presence and adding wealth management and family office capabilities.

CorroHealth Acquires Aergo Solutions

The deal expands CorroHealth’s targeted RCM capabilities—particularly denials management and appeals—and Aergo’s team and worklist technology will be integrated to scale services for regional healthcare organizations.
