Voyager Interests Takes Majority Stake in Tejas Completion Services

Voyager Interests, a private equity firm focused on energy services, has made a majority investment in Tejas Completion Services, a Midland, Texas-based specialty pumping and completion services provider. As part of the deal, Voyager will merge its existing portfolio company VooDoo Energy Services into Tejas to support fleet, service-line expansion and growth in the Permian Basin; financial terms were not disclosed.

Knight, headquartered in Houston with 17 U.S. locations, provides rental tools and equipment for drilling, completions, production and decommissioning; financial terms were not disclosed.

CRTS Global Acquires RAE Energy's Coatings Business

CRTS Global LLC, a portfolio company of Houston-based private equity firm Voyager Interests, has acquired RAE Energy's coatings business (RAE Coatings) to expand its external field joint coating capabilities and offer a complete internal and external pipeline field joint coating solution for offshore projects. RAE Energy sold the coatings business to focus on expanding its nondestructive testing capabilities through Prime Inspections and UT Quality.

Vega Consulting / ACS Acquires Volt Information Sciences

Aegion Corporation Acquires Infraspec Services, Inc.

Aegion Corporation has acquired Infraspec Services, Inc., a Laval, Quebec-based trenchless water rehabilitation contractor that self-performs CIPP, sewer cleaning & inspection, grouting and lead pipeline replacement. Infraspec will continue to operate under its current name and management in Quebec as Aegion expands its capabilities and resources to better serve the Canadian municipal market.

Aegion Acquires 11 Enviro Group

Aegion Corporation has acquired 11 Enviro Group, a Greenpoint, Brooklyn-based provider of cleaning, CCTV inspection and trenchless CIPP spot repair services for water and wastewater pipelines. The business will operate as part of EN-TECH Infrastructure (an Aegion portfolio company) and founder Christina Camali will remain on board to support the transition.
