Inverness Graham-backed Corsica Technologies Acquires EDTS and EDTS Cyber

Inverness Graham Investments’ managed IT services platform, Corsica Technologies, has acquired EDTS, LLC and EDTS Cyber, LLC, a managed IT and managed security services provider based in Augusta, Georgia, to expand its geographic footprint and add advanced cybersecurity capabilities. Five Points Capital provided unitranche debt and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; terms were not disclosed.

Corsica Technologies Acquires Hughes Systems Group

The add-on expands Corsica's geographic footprint and capabilities — adding cybersecurity, managed security services and a Digital Transformation practice led by Symplexity CEO Brian Harmison. Inverness Graham Acquires Concord Servicing
