The acquisition expands AccountabilIT's cloud, cybersecurity and hardware/software resale capabilities while extending both companies' presence in Arizona and national markets and creating growth opportunities for the combined ~160 employees.

Nautic Partners Acquires AccessIT Group

Accordion Acquires ABACI

Accordion, a private equity-focused financial and technology consulting firm, acquired ABACI, an ERP and EPM consultancy specializing in NetSuite and Adaptive Planning. The acquisition adds 36 professionals, expands Accordion's CFO Technology practice and establishes a formal Atlanta office to enhance ERP/EPM and finance-technology capabilities for PE-backed CFOs and portfolio companies.
