Corsica Technologies (an Inverness Graham portfolio company) has acquired AccountabilIT, a Scottsdale-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm backed by WestView Capital Partners. The deal is an add-on to Corsica's platform that expands its AI-enabled managed services, Microsoft expertise, and national cybersecurity footprint, bringing the combined company to more than 100,000 protected endpoints.
